Job Description:
Equipment is a Texas owned and operated DME (Durable Medical Equipment) provider with 14 locations throughout North & Central Texas.  We are a Clinical Respiratory and Invasive Ventilation Accredited DME known for the highest standards of Patient Care, Education, and Compliance.  Our leadership group and individual Branch Staff members are committed to the finest quality of care / customer service to our patients and referral sources.  Within an ever changing Healthcare environment we remain focused on expanding our Texas Operations and adding to our family of dedicated, energetic and passionate staff members!

To be successful, our candidates will require a strong degree of organization / prioritization skills, an ability to understand overall business goals, an ability to work with all team members & referral sources communicating in a professional, educated, accurate, and timely fashion.  We’re seeking individuals that are driven by a sense of urgency to be the best!  Understanding basic management skills, providing company / product / disease state / & Insurance procedures are a requirement.  Do you have outstanding oral and written communication skills to interface with Case Managers, Medical Assistants, Nurses, Physicians, Hospital Administrators, and office staff?   


This is a Full-Time Office Manager position (normal hours of Monday-Friday 8am-5:00pm) responsible for managing daily operations, marketing, and clinical staff.  This person will work closely with marketing and clinical staff to focus efforts on growing our services and provide high customer satisfaction.   

Work Description: 

Supervises employees including reporting the status of each employees work issues and attendance to the Chief Operating Officer as necessary.  Oversee daily operations to ensure accuracy of work completed by all
employees implementing and enforcing policies and procedures to govern all activities.  Ensure positive financial performance of the company as well as compliance with all local, state and federal regulations governing medical billing practices.  

Top Candidates would possess:

A high level of skill in management principles and have good interpersonal relationship skills in dealing with clients, patients, and employees.  A minimum of two years’ experience in durable medical equipment and a minimum of two years management or supervisory capacity required. Candidate must demonstrate a consistently high degree of accuracy in the accomplishment of daily activities. Specific knowledge regarding the durable medical equipment industry as well as Medicare and Texas Medicaid standards and regulations.
