Job Summary: 
Directly responsible for developing the overall strategic personal relationships with Key Hospital Management personnel at targeted facilities. Communicate and position Healthline’s programs and solutions focused on reducing CMS Patient Penalty Re-admissions. Serve as the bridge between Key Hospital Management and Healthline using data to communicate clinical outcomes for individuals within Healthline’s scope of services. The Hospital management relationship focus list will include, but not limited to the following: C-Suite personnel, Director of Cardio-Pulmonary, Director of Respiratory Therapy, Director of Case Management, and the Executive Director within the organization responsible for reducing Re-admissions for the Facility / Hospital. Healthline’s objective for this roll will be the development of Hospital Preferred Provider Agreements and / or Joint (Hospital and Healthline) Re-Admission programs. Additionally, the candidate will be required to coordinate their sales / marketing efforts at the targeted Hospitals with Healthline’s Local Area Patient Services Representative. The goal of the coordinated marketing effort will be to maximize the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) referrals for Healthline’s core respiratory products from these facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilize general Hospital Health Care knowledge and specific Healthline Patient Re-Admit solutions to build trust and integrity in each of the targeted Hospital executive relationships. Communicate Healthline’s Branding message and how it is related / integrated into the Patient Re-Admit programs and solutions the company offers to Hospital customers.Proficient working with Healthline’s Patient Re-Admission program / software ( Health Call ) and Patient Data Base software ( Brightree ). Validate the integrity of the data coming from the Health Call system and communicate monthly Summary RE-Admit data to all Patient Services Representatives.Help Identify and communicate individual Hero (Patient Re-Admit Saves) to individual Hospital and Marketing team members. Establish personal relationships with operational team members at every level within the Company, to include the Health Call Patient Services Team.Establish and Maintain effective communication / coordination with / all internal Healthline employees to maximize motivation and follow-up on sales objectives. Communicate Weekly with the C Suite/VP level employees via the companies Call Reporting / Planning / Results tools regarding all aspects of Marketing and Sales activities in Hospitals. This will include the development of Hospital Specific tools to help track call activity, goals accomplished, next steps, and referral results as appropriate.Utilize product knowledge and effective selling skills in order to influence targeted Health Care Professionals to refer business to Healthline. Ensure a consistent company sales and marketing message. Establish and maintain effective communication/cooperation/coordination with all internal Healthline employees to maximize the sales cycle.Utilize pre-call plans to meet Health Care Professionals' (HCP) needs. Build discussion around HCP's needs and opportunities. Have accurate and timely follow-up discussions with HCP’s. Foster ongoing trust with HCP’s as relationships develop.Analyze territory / facility referral pattern information to optimize HCP calls. Be aware of local market conditions for changes that impact business and opportunities for new business growth.Prioritize all daily, weekly, and monthly tasks according to management established goals.Perform all Company business in accordance with all government regulations and Company Policy & Procedures. Maintains strict confidentiality regarding patient and company information. When violations are noted/observed they are to be immediately reported to upper management.Maintain proper documentation for medical necessity for items sold/rented when necessary.Maintain accurate marketing expense reports and submit in a timely manner.Maintain a clean and professional appearance. Demonstrates personal responsibility for professional growth.Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards with all business contacts in order to maintain & promote Healthline Medical Equipment’s excellent reputation within the medical & surrounding communities.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
B.S or B.A. in Business, or information systems preferred. Equivalent experience in the work place may be considered.Four+ (4+) years of Data analytics experience and data presentation to decision making groups.Prefer minimum of four (4) years outside sales/marketing experience in health care setting to include previous call points within Hospital Entities.Must have excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with Hospital C-Suite & Director Level personnel, superiors, referral sources, physicians & office staff, co-workers and outside vendors. Must exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.Must be able to consistently plan and organize for daily and future scheduled tasks. Must be able to effectively respond to change of work assignment and/or schedule adjustments.Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and database applications required.Should reside in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex or be willing to relocate.Valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.Travel 75%+ of the time within the Dallas Ft. Worth MetroPlex and surrounding communities.Minimum lifting and moving of heavy supplies and equipment.
