This is a Full-Time position (normal hours of Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm). This person will work closely with the Payroll and Benefits Manager.

Job Duties:

Formulates policies and procedures for recruitment, screening, testing, placement, and classification of employees.

Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.

Analyzes compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plan.

Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.

Develops methods to improve employment policies, processes, and practices and recommends changes to management.

Develops and manages exit interview program to determine reasons for turnover and methods to increase retention.

Maintains records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.

Coordinates management development training on a variety of human resource topics.

Investigates employee and/or management complaints and issues and advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.

Responds to inquiries regarding human resources policies, procedures and programs.

Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within organization.
Administers organization’s employee service award program.

Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale.

Works with executive leadership to administer and manage the corporate incentive plan. Communicates the plan to employees and new hires and maintains any related documentation.

Communicate effectively, both verbally and in the written form, with fellow employees, management team members, outside vendors and partners as necessary to complete tasks and keep the team informed on progress.
Train, coordinate and maintain records within Paycom for all employees, including tracking changes and maintaining passwords and changes therein.

Appropriately and efficiently manage any directly reporting employees to successfully complete tasks and deliver services.

Required Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University or three to five years related experience and/or training. Human Resources Certification (PHR, SPHR, GPHR) preferred but not required.
